How do I sign in to PrintWise?
Simply click 'log in' on the top right of the home page. Since PrintWise uses the same single sign-on (SSO) technology as TD Ameritrade, if you're signed on to the TD Ameritrade system and have authorized PrintWise access, logging in will take you right to your personal home page. Top
What if I get a "User account does not exist" error?
If you receive this error, it means you don't have approved access and need to submit a Remedy Service Request. In the Remedy system, navigate to Access Permissions > Available Requests, and look for PrintWise. Once you submit the request and it’s approved by your manager, you'll receive an email from PrintWise with a link to the PrintWise home page. Be sure to save the link to your bookmarks, and then simply click 'log in' on the top right of the home page to get started. Top
What is PrintWise used for?
PrintWise is home to a wide variety of compliance-approved forms and marketing products available for use by TD Ameritrade associates. Most items are print-on-Ddmand and will be produced when ordered. Other items, such as pocket folders and posters, are stored in inventory and may be subject to maximum order limits. Orders may be shipped to branches, advisors, or clients, and are typically fulfilled in two to three business days. PrintWise does not support custom orders at this time. Top
Are there minimum and maximum quantities for PrintWise orders?
Some items on PrintWise have a predetermined minimum or maximum order quantity. A min. or max. alert in red text next to the ordering options indicates that there is a quantity limit on those specific orders. You will need approval to place an order less than or greater than that predetermined amount. Contact an administrator at ZPrintWiseSupport@tdameritrade.com if you need help or have any questions. What if I can't find the marketing products I'm looking for?
Some internal products are not available via PrintWise. These may be available on Exchange or The Source. If the product you want to order is listed but marked as not available, we may be in the process of updating the version available for order or restocking inventory. Top
Is there address book support?
PrintWise uses a frequently updated global address book containing all branch and advisor addresses. The checkout process uses intelligent lookup to allow for easy recipient selection. You may also enter a custom address during checkout if the location you want to send to is not part of the existing address book. Top
How can I ship to multiple addresses?
You can select multiple shipping addresses during the checkout process, and each recipient will receive the same item(s). If you wish to send additional, different items to a single recipient, you will need to place a separate order for that request. Top
Can I expedite my order?
The moment you submit your order through PrintWise, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible. We can't edit the shipping speed of an existing order, so be sure to select expedited shipping at checkout if you need it quickly. All expedited shipping requests will be reviewed by an administrator for approval. Contact us at ZPrintWiseSupport@tdameritrade.com to inquire about UPS Next Day Air®services. Top
How do event/tradeshow deliveries work?
If you have specific permissions, you can order items via PrintWise and have them shipped to your tradeshow or event via UPS Next Day Air service without needing an administrator review. If your shipment requires an event-specific packing list or carton label, please contact ZPrintWiseSupport@tdameritrade.com with your order number and details as soon as your order is placed. Top
How will my order be sent?
PrintWise offers several delivery options, but primarily ships via USPS First-Class Mail® and UPS® Groundservice. We determine which service to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order, and delivery speed selected. Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date, and tracking details (if available) will be provided in your order summary. If your order is not deliverable, it will be returned to the PrintWise warehouse, and an administrator will contact you. Top
Can I cancel or change my order?
PrintWise is a fully automated, self-service system. We provide PDF samples for each product so you can determine for yourself whether it is correct. Your checkout cart will give you an opportunity to review your product and quantity selections. As a result, orders may not be changed or canceled once submitted.
PrintWise guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of products you receive. We will reprint any product that fails to meet your quality expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact ZPrintWiseSupport@tdameritrade.com within five days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order by the time it was expected, please contact us within five days from the date it was expected to arrive. Top
How do I report an unauthorized order?
After placing an order with PrintWise, the status is always available in your Order History. In the event you see an order that you don't recognize, please take a screenshot of the page and email it to ZPrintWiseSupport@tdameritrade.com. An administrator will look into the issue and address it accordingly. Top
How will I be charged for my order?
PrintWise is a TD Ameritrade business service provided at no direct charge to you. For tracking purposes, orders are categorized by cost based on your business unit, but you will not be asked for a payment method at checkout. Top
Is PrintWise secure?
PrintWise uses the most advanced security standards available, to protect both your personal data and that of TD Ameritrade. We use the same single sign-on (SSO) technology as
TD Ameritrade, as well as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This automatically encrypts information traveling over the internet, verifies the identity of the transacting servers through certificates and digital signatures, and confirms that the integrity of the message content is maintained throughout transmission.
